CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSITS: All deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. Will be allowed to transfer the first deposit only 1 time for another appointment date/time. Rescheduling more than once will need to make a new deposit for another appointment day/time. Deposit must be paid through booking site. Remaining balance in cash. LATE FEE: 10 minutes grace period! At 10 minutes late = $10 late fee or appointment will be cancelled depending on schedule for that day and the deposit will be lost. No shows will be banned and not be able to book again. Disputing payments will be BANNED from future booking! RESCHEDULING: Rescheduling should be done through your confirmation email using the change/cancel link. Only 1 transferable deposit. After new deposit is required for another appointment day/time. Rescheduling is cancelling! All appointments have to be approved before any deposit is charged to your card and you will receive location address and notification shortly after deposit is paid and the appointment is approved. If the appointment is denied you’ll receive notification stating the appointment was denied and no deposit will be charged to your card. Please make sure to read the email/text thoroughly! GUESTS: Kids allowed No extra guests MINORS: All minors (17 and under) getting a service a service must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Teen services only for 17 and under! SICK: PLEASE RESCHEDULE IF SICK! If you come sick to the appointment you will be asked to leave. MUST READ/CONSENTING TO: It is your responsibility to let me know if you: Do or have ever had skin lifting/peeling from wax. Are allergic to any non related beauty product and any beauty products or beauty treatments. (Almond oil, lavender scents, Aloe Vera etc.) Having Ultra sensitive skin or any sensitivity. What causes reactions for you that you have experienced. Are pregnant or breastfeeding. Taking or using medication of any kind. Had or are having any kind of surgery(s) around or on the serviced areas. Artistry Con Amor, exercises professional treatment, and requires full disclosure of any relevant information to provide the best client care possible. Client must be aware that there are often inherent risks associated with beauty services, and that the services they are to receive could have unfavourable results including, but not limited to: an allergic reaction, irritation, itchiness, redness, lifting, peeling, soreness, brow dehydration, and wax burns due to thin skin. By booking an appointment with Artistry Con Amor you have read through, acknowledged, and agree to the business policies. Artistry Con Amor, reserves the right to deny anyone service(s).
